An percutaneous (minimally invasive) coronary angiogram is sometimes jokingly referred to by preventive cardiologists as a "lumenogram" since it only visualizes the lumen of the vessel and can miss mild atherosclerosis or "plaquing" which may be better appreciated with Cardiac CT angiography.
